Who says you can't mix business and pleasure.

A sweat drenched Nines rolled off the well sculpted Caballo, her lover for the night, onto her side of the bed. As she lay on her back, she glimpsed his vitals through her corneal implants. The drug seems to have begun to work. Injecting him while he was in the throes of passion was a trivial matter for a practised professional like herself.

“You were amazing.”, quipped Caballo, still panting from the night's exertions. He attempted to plant a kiss on her lips but she stopped him with a well manicured finger on his lips.

“Let’s not get too personal, OK? You promised.”, said Nines with an alluring smile. The sudden look of disappointment on Caballo’s face almost made her pity the poor kid. He was at least a decade younger than she was but the Regeneration procedure that they had gone through less than a day ago had made the age difference imperceptible. She felt like a spritely twenty-something with the accompanying sex drive.

Despite raring for another round of action with Caballo, she had to get down to business. Nines needed to get into the mansion of Alejandro Blanco, Caballo’s uncle and local kingpin. Dr. Scofield, Nines’ target, is hiding in that heavily guarded mansion.

She’s surveyed the mansion for weeks, analysing potential weak points in the mansion’s security systems but to no avail. Blanco’s engineers had put a lot of thought into securing the place and attempting to infiltrate the place via strictly covert means would be impossible.

She had run hundreds of simulations and none of the scenarios worked with any acceptable level of survivability. The only way to get in seems to be walking in through the front door.

It was sheer luck that she had stumbled upon some intel that Blanco was going to host a small family gathering in a few days time and she knew that was her ticket in. After probing the contacts that she had built up in the past weeks, she found out that Caballo was slated to go for his Regeneration prior to the party.

Having a history of falling for foreign-looking women made Caballo a prime candidate to help her walk right into the mansion.

“Well, there is something you could do that could change my mind…”, Nines said with a sly grin as she leaned her head on Caballo’s chest and began to lightly caress his glistening abs.

Nines noticed that Caballo was visibly interested and not just from the readouts overlaying her vision. “Really? I’ll do anything.“, Caballo blurted quickly while looking right at her blue eyes.

Nines giggled at his reaction. “I heard from a friend down at the bar that you were invited to a party at that nice mansion up in the hills.”, purred Nines as she reached up to caress his face.

By the way Caballo reached up to hold her hand as she placed it on his cheek, she knew she had a high chance of succeeding.

“Senor Blanco is my uncle, you know. I… I could bring you along. It would be a great time, my cousins are really fun to hang out with.”, said Caballo with an almost irrational enthusiasm. His heart rate was elevated. All she needed was to seal the deal, the drug she had injected him with would allow him to be super-suggestable to her and she could make him do anything after she gives him one last release of oxytocin.

“That would be wonderful. I’d like that.”, said Nines before planting a kiss on his lips.

Before Nines could pull away from him, Caballo reciprocated her show of affection with another kiss but with more ferocity and hunger. Nines grinned wide in between kisses as she moved her newly regenerated body nimbly on top of Caballo to straddle him.

Reaching down below his waist, she began the last step of binding him to her will, for a few days at least.

The unsuspecting Caballo moaned with pleasure, not knowing that he had effectively allowed Nines to bypass his uncle's billion-credit security systems.

Author's Note:
This piece was inspired by some ideas that appear in Peter F. Hamilton's Commonwealth Saga which I was a big fan of when I was growing up. Misspent Youth was the book that got me hooked on his writing. I've not had the time to read his latest works but perhaps one day I will.
